This captures the primary lodging funnel for 800,000–1 million annual winter visitors in a $244 million regional industry, emphasizing 24/7 local operations, snow-removal guarantees, multi-resort access, and premium yields (70–78% of annual revenue from winter in these towns) that fragmented platforms cannot reliably deliver.

Our Historical Foundation & Evolution

For over 15 years, Magnet began as a specialized distributor, repair lab, and advisor in autonomy & geospatial equipment (drones, robots, gyroscopes, magnetic devices), serving land/real estate firms, asset managers, and CRE/industrial portfolios in major U.S. markets.
